Top al-Qaida Leader Captured in Pakistan

Ok, here's what I'd like to know. How in hell many "top" el qudiy" leaders are there? Are all the members top leaders. We keep capturing them and a new crop of "top leaders" keep popping up. Sure does stump me. Guess all you need is a beard and a funny lookin' overcoat.
